2ND & 3RD POLLING OFFICERS TRAINING HELD IN KIPHIRE

As scheduled, the training for 2nd and 3rd Polling Officers has been carried out on 1st of February 2023 at Government Higher Secondary School Kiphire.

DC & DEO Wati Aier, in a short briefing, has informed in regard to upcoming election that the CC camera would be installed at 70 to 75 Polling Stations under 50 and 60 A/C. And the whole election process will be conducted under strict vigil by Observers in Kiphire, from Kohima and from Delhi.Therefore, he warned the polling personnel to go only as per the guidelines of ECI. He also requested the them to be sincere and learn during the training session.

Renbemo RO 59 AC and D. Robin RO 60 Assembly Constituency also delivered a short speech during the programme. According to EAC HQ. Ane Khieya, nearly 600 polling personnel  have been trained so far.

The following Master Trainers who imparted training included - Setricho Asst. Professor (Asst to Nodal officer), Gagan Chandra Asst. Professor ( Asst. to Nodal Officer), Temjentoshi Ozukum Asst. Professor, Vika G/T, Hotingkyu G/T /EVM Master Trainer, Tsipithong GT/ EVM Master Trainer.
