DC TSEMINYU NOTIFIES ON ROAD WIDENING

District Administration Tseminyu under Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi IAS has been undertaking a road widening exercise from DC Office to the road junction intersecting the national highway-02 near the NDPP office, Tseminyu Town.

In continuation of the ongoing development activities and furtherance of public interest, it was considered necessary to carry out widening of the stretch of road from the junction beside the mini indoor stadium via the road alongside the present offices of Soil, Fisheries and Education to the road junction below the present SBI Branch, Tseminyu Town, the portion of government allotted plots of land situated alongside the above-mentioned road stretch fall within the surveyed road widening area.

The terms and conditions of the allotment order issued by the government, it is clearly stated that the government will take over the land allotted to the allottee if required by the government, and no alternative site may be allotted. The government will take over the portions of the allotted land falling within the aforementioned surveyed road area for public utility with immediate effect. So all the concerned allottees to clear/ removed any materials/construction structure from the earmarked road widening within 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice, failure to comply along with necessary compliant action within the specified period by the concerned allottees shall attract appropriate action including removal/demolition of materials/standing structure on the earmarked of the public road.
