DEPARTMENT ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS LAID  

Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio laid the Annual Administrative Reports 2022-2023 of the following Departments:

i)                    Geology & Mining

ii)                  Labour

iii)                Evaluation

iv)                Art & Culture

v)                  Science & Technology

vi)                Municipal Affairs

vii)              Water Resources

viii)            Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services

ix)                Urban Development

x)                  Excise & Prohibition

xi)                State Council of Educational Research & Training (SCERT)

xii)              Department of Under Developed Areas (DUDA). 

Annual Administrative Reports of Department of Planning & Co-ordination, Border Affairs, Public Health Engineering and Cooperation Department, Rural Development and State Institute of Rural Development were also laid.

Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio laid on the floor of the House the Nagaland Information Commission Annual Report 2020-2021; Nagaland Information Commission Annual Report 2021-2022; Audit Report of Samagra Shiksha for the year 2021-2022 and the Nagaland State Disaster Management Rules 2011.

Rio moved that leave be granted to introduce the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Bill, 2022 and the Nagaland Fire & Emergency Services Bill, 2021. The House agreed to introduce the two Bills.
