DC & DEO PEREN INFORMS POLLING OFFICERS

DC & DEO Peren, Vineet Kumar has informed all concerned that the training schedule for Polling Officers to the 18th Lok Sabha Election 2024 will be conducted as per the training schedule mentioned below:

On 26th March 2024 for Presiding Officers (Male & Female) at Town Hall, Peren Town, 1st Polling Officers (Male) at PTWWO Hall (Ground Floor) & 1st Polling Officers (Female) at PTWWO Hall (Upper Floor).

On 27th March 2024 for 2nd Polling Officers (Male & Female) at Town Hall, Peren Town, 3rd Polling Officers (Male) at PTWWO Hall (Ground Floor) and 3rd Polling Officers (Female) at PTWWO Hall (Upper Floor).

All personnel have been asked to reach their respective training halls by 9:30 AM. 

It further informed that the tentative schedule for 2nd phase of training will be held on 8th-9th April 2024, while the tentative schedule for 3rd phase of training, updates and evaluation for Polling Officers will be held on 16th April 2024.

During the 1st round of training, all polling personnel attending the training on the scheduled date and time have been informed to produce 2 (two) passport sized photographs in an envelope along with the following details positively: Name, Age, Designation, Assembly Constituency: PS where enrolled as voter, Sl. No. in E-Roll, Contact Number (Preferably with WhatsApp).

Further, DC & DEO warned that any absence shall be treated seriously and shall be liable for disciplinary action.
