SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR LIVELIHOOD BEGINS AT CHOZUBA

The DIC Chozuba in partnership with Kudatech Skill Centre, Dimapur started a 15-day intensive training programme on House Wiring (Electrician) at DIC- Chozuba with an intake capacity of 25 trainees from 6th December 2022.

Cholzo Sophie, General Manager of DIC addressing the training programme, said the unemployment rate does not match the literacy rate in the state. The employment avenue in the government sector is saturated and skilling is the core of self-employment.

Roko Kehie, a resource person from Kudatec, urged the trainees to be sincere and briefed to follow the rules and procedures. Kevirekho Kuotsu from Kudatech Skill Centre, Dimapur would impart the trainees in the skill development workshop of 15 days programme.
