TRAINING SCHEDULE OF POLLING PERSONNEL & GRADE -IV/MTS

In view of the General Election to the 18th Lok Sabha 2024, DC & DEO Mokokchung has informed that the 1st phase Training of all Polling Personnel and Grade -IV/MTS is scheduled on 27th and 28th March 2024.

On 27th March 2024, Training for Presiding Officer & First Polling Officer (Female) starting from 9:30 AM, and Presiding Officer & First Polling Officer (Male) starting from

12:00 P.M at Mayangnokcha, GHSS Mokokchung.

On 28th March 2024, Training of Second & Third Polling Officer (Both Male and Female) will be held at Mayangnokcha, GHSS Mokokchung from 10:00A.M, while Training for Grade -IV & MTS will begin at 12:00 noon at Town Hall, Mokokchung.

All polling personnel and grade-IV and MTS have been informed to submit a photocopy of EPIC Card/service ID card and two passport size photographs during the training for availing Election duty certificate and election Duty ID Card. Further, all the concerned departmental Nodal Officers are directed to inform all requisitioned officials and grade -IV/MTS of their respective departments.
