KIPHIRE ELECTION EXPENDITURE MONITORING GROUP MEETING HELD

In connection with the ensuing general NLA election 2023, the Election Expenditure Monitoring meeting was organized in Kiphire at DC's conference hall on 31st January 2023.

During the meeting, DC & DEO Kiphire Wati Aier read out the names enlisted in various teams under EEM, for the upcoming election at 59 and 60 Assembly Constituency. He highlighted the safe operating procedures (SOPs) of the Election Commission of India ECI in regard to the seizure of cash, arms, and frisking of passengers.

ADC & RO D. Robin advised the team members to get well-versed with the given SOPs before actually executing the tasks. Renbemo RO 59 A/C requested the members to be sincere in the given duties, as at this period, any outcome of problems would be referred to the ECI.
