RO 11 NORTHERN ANGAMI-II (S.T) KOHIMA ISSUES NOTICE ON ELECTION
ADC & Returning Officer 11 Northern Angami-II A/C (ST), Kohima has informed that
- An election is to be held of a member to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly in the 11 Northern Angami-1I (ST) Assembly constituency.
- Nomination papers may be delivered by the candidate or any of his proposers to the ADC Chiephobozou & Returning Officer, Alemyapang Longchar, or to EAC Chiephobozou & Assistant Returning Officer, Vitoka Yepthomi at the Office Chamber of the ADC Chiephobozou Nagaland from 31st January to 7th February between 11 A.M and 3 P.M on any day (other than public holiday) not later than the 7th February 2023.
- Forms of Nomination Paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.
- The nomination paper will be taken up for scrutiny at the office of the ADC Chiephobozou Nagaland at 11 A.M on 8th February 2023.
- Notice of Withdrawal of Candidature may be delivered either by a Candidate or by any of his proposers or by his Election Agent who has been authorized in writing by the Candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office before 3 P.M on the 10th February 2023.
- In the event of the Election being contested, the poll will be taken on 27th February 2023 (Monday) between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
