STATE GOVERNMENT NOTIFIES ON ROLLING OUT OF ARREAR MODULE AND PAYMENT OF OTHER BILLS THROUGH e-PAYBILL

In continuation to the Finance Department's Letter dated 17th June 2022, Commissioner & Secretary, Finance, V. Kezo through a notification dated 27th September 2022, has informed all concerned that the Arrear Modules in e-PayBill have been developed and installed. Henceforth, all payments of arrears such as Less Drawn, MACP and Dearness Allowance should be done through the respective modules only. Further, Leave Encashment, Medical Re-imbursement and GPF modules are also made available, and their payments should be through these modules in e-PayBill only.

For the purpose of drawing Dearness Allowance arrears, the departments are

advised to present the bills either through any of the following methods:

1.      DA arrear ( By formula)

2.      DA arrear ( Simplified)

The instructions shall come into immediate effect.
