JIO JOINS HORNBILL FESTIVAL 2022 AS THE DIGITAL PARTNER

Jio has joined the world-famous Hornbill Festival this year also as the digital partner, in association with the Department of Tourism and Information Technology & Communication, Government of Nagaland. This is the 6th year of Jio’s association with the Hornbill Festival which is held at the Naga Heritage Village Kisama. This association started in the year 2016 when Jio was launched in India, since then, Jio has expanded its services in every part of Nagaland and Northeast.

As an official digital partner, Jio will be providing Free Public Wi-Fi Services at Kisama Village, Kohima which is the venue of the Hornbill Festival. The famous Music Festival is also held here. The Free Public Wi-Fi Services will help visitors connect to the internet and share their pictures and moments on social media.

Apart from the Public Wi-Fi, the media visiting Kisama village to cover the festival will have access to all-powerful Internet Leased Line (1 ILL Link of 100 Mbps) provided by Jio at the Media Centre of the Hornbill Festival 2022.

Live streaming of the events from the Hornbill Festival will be available on Jio TV & Jio Social Media Handles. For powering the live streaming, Jio will be providing Free Internet Leased Line (2 ILL Links of 100 Mbps). Live streaming on Jio TV & Jio Social Media Handles has attracted millions of viewers in past from across the country and the world.
